The BCFAP declares its intention to build a broad based strong and united Backward Classes movement in India, embracing every man and woman who is pledged to fight for the uplift and betterment of our Backward Classes as a whole. It is fully aware of the fact that the younger generation is an integral part of our society and their upliftment and betterment in the final analysis, is dependent on and determined by the all round development of our country, especially of the toiling sections, who constitute the overwhelming majority of our people.
